We offer a 14-day 'no-questions-asked' return policy for all online orders. If you are not satisfied with your guitar, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.
Are your guitars set up before they are shipped?
Absolutely. Every guitar undergoes a rigorous 25-point inspection and a professional setup by our in-house luthiers to ensure optimal playability right out of the box.

Do I get a warranty with my purchase?
All new instruments come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Langley Guitar Centre provides a one-year shop warranty on all pre-owned instruments to cover any structural or electronic defects.
Can I trade in my old gear towards a new purchase?
Yes, we have a robust trade-in program. You can bring your gear to our showroom or send us high-resolution photos for an online appraisal and credit towards your next upgrade.
