At Langley Guitar Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most instruments and accessories. If your new gear doesn't inspire you, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or visit our showroom within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure the instrument is in its original condition and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, tags, and included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or simply bring the item directly to our Langley service desk.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 3-5 business days.
