The original owner has moved the position of the strap pin to a more preferred position at the neck heel instead (see picture).

Guild's new 240 model editions to their Westerly series are great quality at affordable prices.

This is in their classic dreadnought design, and has a great no-nonsense solid feel. Comes with a built-in pickup with discrete soundhole controls and a deluxe gigbag, so it is ready for the stage.

The subtly contoured arched mahogany back feels smooth and easy to hold, with the matt finish throughout and a traditional style setup.

Built with a solid spruce top, mahogany sides, and arched mahogany back, the full-bodied and powerful tone of this Guild dreadnought provides guitarists with a classic acoustic sound and balanced voicing. Guild’s signature arched back design allows for great volume and projection, long sustain, and a lush, full sound. The D-240E features Guild’s AP-1 pickup, an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, pearloid rosette, period-correct tortoiseshell pickguard, and a matte polyurethane finish. This model also includes Guild’s new lightweight deluxe gig bag.
